Pole Dancing since 2007

Julia Boccetti is a qualified personal trainer and pole fitness instructor.

 

 I have been teaching pole dancing since September 2007, I fell into it by accident at a fitness convention where I was volunteering. The moment I tried it, I loved it, and decided to bring it to Leicester - my background as a fitness professional gives me the advantage of being able to structure effective and safe classes. My aim is not only to bring fun to exercising but to incorporate exercises and stretches that are beneficial to whole body toning and conditioning, muscle maintenance and flexibility. Joining my classes is great for your body and will build your confidence, but be careful, pole dancing is very addictive!!
